As GTS’ business and relationships with shareholders, employees and customers grows, the keys below have been critical to our success.
Shareholder Focus – Enriching our Native way of life. GTS provides predictable dividends and opportunities for Bristol Bay Native Corporation (BBNC) shareholders through internships and employment.
Customer Focus – Exceed customer expectations every day. This is effectively accomplished by incorporating International Standards of Operation (ISO) 9001:2015 principles in all work areas. Each work area has measureable goals for performance levels; these goals are reviewed at regular intervals. If performance falls short of expectation, processes are reviewed, and a plan is developed to obtain the desired level of performance. This approach has proven successful for corporations around the world.
Employee Focus – Challenge employees in a rewarding environment. Each employee is encouraged to grow professionally through continuing education or obtaining technical certifications. Employees are provided feedback on a regular basis as to how their performance contributes to the success of GTS.
Corporate Ethics – BBNC has adopted a corporate-wide anonymous reporting hotline and the Ethical Advocate website. You may call 1-866-513-7078 or go online: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at BBNC’s Ethical Advocate website.

Since 2007, GTS has provided Government Services excellence to the Department of Defense (DoD) with core competencies in Logistics, Information Technology, Range Operations, Contact Call Centers, Test and Evaluation and Training Support Services. Brief descriptions of these services are available below.
GTS provides excellence in sustainable and affordable technical analysis, design, development and delivery. We fulfill logistics mission requirements, advanced analytical tools applied by skilled logistics planners and technicians provide exceptional services to reduce life cycle costs. As an example, here are some details from our Institutional Review Board (IRB) Medical Logistics contract.
Protocols that are submitted for annual review are assigned to our expert for the initial review; review is mainly administrative. The initial review is a comprehensive verification process of the research members involved in the clinical trial to ensure they have their required research training, Curriculum Vitae (CVs), and all documents submitted applicable to the trial are the most up to date versions. Additionally as part of the review, GTS verifies that there are no discrepancies among the documents and if there are, we communicate with the investigators to let them know that documents need corrections. Once this is completed the documents are sent to one or two (depending on the risk level of the study) of the IRB members for regulatory and expert matter review. The GTS review acts as a facilitator for both the investigators and the IRB. GTS helps the investigator to obtain research documents to meet the requirements of the IRB which saves time and reduces IRB member review time.

Testing defense systems in a sterile laboratory setting is no guarantee these systems will succeed in the battlefield. To simulate conditions that will be faced on the battlefield, the US Army has invested significantly in creating operationally realistic test range environments for its systems under test. Some of the ranges regularly used by the Army Test and Evaluation Command’s Operational Test Command (ATEC OTC) are Fort Bliss, White Sands Missile Range, Fort Sill, Yuma Proving Ground, Kwajalein Atoll, and Dugway Proving Ground. Additionally, the Army created the Network Integration Evaluation (NIE) program, now known as the Army Warfighting Assessment (AWA), to test new and emerging networked technologies in vast desert and mountainous terrain.
GTS is located near Fort Bliss and provides support to the OTC at Fort Bliss, Fort Sill, and deployed locations in the testing of combined arms systems. Highlights of systems tested include the THAAD and Patriot (PAC3) missiles.
GTS provides services in the following Test and Evaluation related areas:
